Join NAYI

Take the
first step.

Three ways to plug in: apply as a member, give back as a mentor, or partner with NAYI as an organization. Whichever track you pick, this is the on-ramp.

  • For students & young pros

    Become a member

Open to ambitious young Armenians anywhere in the diaspora. Apply for the next cohort, get matched with a mentor, and plug into your nearest chapter.

  • For founders & operators

    Mentor someone

Already built something? Share an hour a month with the next generation of Armenian builders. Mentors give cohort talks, take 1:1s, and open doors.

  • For brands & orgs

    Partner with NAYI

Sponsor a cohort, host an event, or build a hiring pipeline of Armenian talent. Partners get access to the most engaged young Armenian network in the country.

How it works

Four steps from application to network.

  1. 01

    Apply

Submit the 2-minute application form. Tell us who you are, what you are building or learning, and what you want from NAYI.

  2. 02

    Intro call

We will reach out for a short intro so we can match you with the right chapter, mentor, or programming.

  3. 03

    Get plugged in

Welcome to the network. You will get event invites, mentor matches, and access to the member-only programming.

  4. 04

    Show up

Membership is what you put into it. The members who get the most out of NAYI are the ones who show up and contribute.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

  • 01 Who is NAYI for?

Young Armenians — students, recent grads, working professionals, founders, creatives, anyone in the early-to-mid career window who wants a community of ambitious peers and Armenian mentors.

  • 02 Do I have to live in Glendale or LA?

No. Most events are LA-based today, but our chapters span Yerevan to Glendale, and we run virtual programming (webinars, speaker series) for members anywhere in the diaspora.

  • 03 Is there a membership fee?

No. NAYI is a volunteer-run nonprofit. Membership is free — we fundraise to keep events and programming free for members.

  • 04 How much time does it take?

As much or as little as you want. Members typically attend 1–2 events per month and stay close via the network year-round. Volunteers and chapter leads put in more.

  • 05 How do I bring NAYI to my school or city?

Reach out via Instagram DM. We have a chapter starter playbook — if you are willing to lead, we will give you the tools and the network.
