Chapter One The Network
What is NAYI?

One year in. This is what it looks like.

From the debut event in July 2025 — a packed room of 60+ young Armenian innovators meeting for the first time. The first of its kind. The proof that the model works.

Chapter Two What We Do
Three pillars

Built for the kids who actually want to build something.

Most diaspora orgs talk about heritage. We use heritage to build a network that ships — events that fill rooms, founders who share their playbooks, and a community that compounds.

01

Network

Speed-networking events with structured prompts, not awkward small-talk. Members leave with real conversations — not business cards collected in a hurry.

02

Build

Founder-led panels and workshops with operators who've actually shipped. From streetwear brands to media companies to law firms — real founders, real lessons.

03

Belong

A community that shows up — university chapters across LA, partnerships with ASA orgs, and a presence from Glendale to Yerevan to the GCC.

Why NAYI exists

"I noticed something missing in our generation — a real network."

Alexander started NAYI in 2025 — point guard at Verdugo Hills HS by day, founder of a youth-innovation network by everything else. He saw young Armenians with talent, ambition, and ideas — but no infrastructure to connect them.

One year in: 200 active members, 12 events hosted, 17 founders profiled, partnerships with 5 university ASA chapters, and an event calendar across LA, the Persian Gulf, and Yerevan — including a flagship night that drew 250+ in the room.
